Our Homebased Support Service is the largest service in our hauora, with over 400 Support Workers caring for over 700 whānau in their homes. Our point of difference is that we consider a whanau choice model of care, if our criteria is met. Our services are delivered through a kaupapa Māori lens, with the majority of our clients being kaumātua.

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Homebased and ACC Support Services Team. The primary function of this role is to provide clinical expertise to the team and the clients we service. There will be a requirement to occasionally provide support to the Mobile Health Team, taking on the opportunity to travel within the Mataatua rohe and beyond to support our whānau who live in those hard-to-reach areas.
