* Waiora CBD, 87 Alexandra Street, Hamilton * 12 months fixed term position * Full time 80 hours per fortnight * Office hours are from Monday to Friday * 5 x positions available

Disability Support Service is one of the teams who complete Needs Assessments and Service Coordinations (NASC) for disabled people living in the community or in residential care.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Disability Support Service (DSS) NASC team, as the service goes through a period of change. This change will put additional demands on the team as the new systems and processes are implemented.
