NDT Technician / Radiographer

Location: West Midlands, Birmingham. Salary: Up to £40k + Benefits (including 12% bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Perform Radiographic Testing (RT) in line with NAS410 / EN4179 and customer specifications.
• Set up, expose, and process film and/or digital (DR/CR) radiographs.
• Level 2 personnel: interpret radiographs and evaluate results against acceptance criteria; prepare and verify technique sheets.
• Level 1 personnel: carry out exposures and assist in image evaluation under Level 2/3 supervision.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, traceability documentation, and equipment calibration.
• Ensure compliance with IRR17 and company radiation protection procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
