At the center of these projects are a talented group of Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) officers who help ensure that each initiative is conceived, planned and completed on time, in budget and according to specification. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of everything from runways to docks to buildings of all kinds
• Supervise and manage utilities and other critical services
• Manage a variety of skilled construction workers (Seabees)
