Responsibilities:

• Able to perform Naval Architecture calculations (manually and using software).
• Experience using hydrostatic & stability software to general hull model, general stability booklet, stability & longitudinal strength check, sounding table etc.
• Prepare test procedures (inclining experiment, weighing control, ballasting sequence for tanks testing/cargo loading).
• Experience in conducting the inclining experiment, light ship survey, ship check.
• Handle contract-bidding engineering specifications and enquiry.
• Monitor the progress of drawings, documents and purchase specifications.
• Perform quality assurance check of drawings.
• Familiar with Marine classification society regulation and steel design code.
• Liaise with Production Department to resolve site problems.
