Responsibilities

• Plan and draw-up an annual technical business plan.
• Present national technical strategy recommendations to the board of directors for approval.
• Manage execution process of technical strategy as instructed by the board of directors.
• Review current tyre strategy and make recommendations for longer-term solutions.
• Refurbishment planning.
• Management of units.
• Manage cent per kilometer of complete fleet.
• Identify and ensure the effective implementation of technical campaigns to achieve strategic goals.
• Review and approve technical priorities with senior technical personnel weekly.
• Assist with buying and sign-off of new fleet additions and selling of old fleet.
• Ensure new coaches meet company standards prior to commissioning.
