Key Responsibilities:
Technician Leadership & Management
Recruit, develop, and manage a national team of technicians across multiple divisions (TRRC, Vodacare, Tech Zone).
Monitor technician performance, ensuring adherence to service standards and quality benchmarks.
Lead disciplinary and performance recovery processes in collaboration with branch managers.
