Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- A tertiary qualification in either Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Operations Management, or a related field is essential for the role.
- Previous experience having worked within a stock or inventory management role, preferably in food manufacturing or packaging or related industries is preferred.
- Experience managing stock across multiple sites or branches is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of perishable inventory management, stock rotation, and warehouse operations is essential.
- Proficiency with ERP / inventory management systems (e.g. Syspro or SAP or a related ERP system is pref.)
- The successful candidate must have strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Must have attention to detail and accuracy in stock records and reporting with excellent problem-solving and process improvement abilities with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines...
