Job Description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS HR Operations Establish, plan and implement day-to-day HR strategy based on established company strategy. Ensuring updated and accurate personnel records on Sage database for the extraction of relevant reports. Liaising with the medical aid society, provident fund, WCA and department of labour (UIF). Represent the company at CCMA hearings. Implement and assist management with the Performance Management of their staff Assist management with managing the company/union relationship. Responsible for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Training & Development Ensure training is carried out according to procedure and the Skills Dev legislation. Establish annual Training Needs Analysis through the annual evaluation procedure. Ensure cost effective use of training funds.
