The primary objective of the National Operations Manager position is to be a direct representative, responsible for making and implementing sound decisions on behalf of the business in all areas of the planning, directing and coordination of the business. The position will also ensure achievement of new business objectives, sales targets through personal performance and drive the performance of the sales team. The National Ops Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
