General Summary This role is responsible for driving the development and achievement of national sales objectives, while building and supporting a high-performing sales team and support staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director, Sales, and oversee the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Manager, CPO & Remarketing.
• Lead core sales operations functions, including business planning, reporting, target setting, performance management, sales process optimization, field training, and program implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB), including managing elections, quarterly meetings, and monthly calls.
• Provide regional support and contribute to business development across all areas.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current sales, marketing, and incentive programs, including claims processes, to effectively support regions and dealers.
