About the job National Franchise Manager

Key purpose:

To build a successful Franchise Company in the Courier Express Parcel industry by developing a network of franchisees for the RSA domestic market, Africa and Internationally.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To develop a franchise model that can be contained in a prospectus that offers sufficient opportunity and support value to be attractive to potential buyers. This should include Value Added Support Services, commercial models as well as operational and brand standards.
• To develop a User-Friendly International offering to be sold through the Franchises.
• Finalize Master Franchise Agreements at appropriate levels including regional, courier and agency.
• To successfully open Franchisees according to targets set by the VAS Executive which includes sourcing appropriate buyers that provide long term chances of success.
