**Purpose of the Role**

The On-Trade channel plays a critical strategic role in achieving our long-term objectives across the Benelux & Nordics business by building our brands through exceptional consumer experiences. In a highly fragmented channel, success is driven by strong commercial fundamentals and outstanding execution across our covered universe—making this the primary focus of the role.

As part of the On-Trade Benelux & Nordics organization, you will lead our largest Field Sales Team, consisting of 8 On-Trade Account Managers and 2 National Account Managers, covering key cities and regions across the Netherlands.
