A Narrative Storytelling Lead is an AI-native version of a Head Writer / Showrunner role and requires both experience working with GenAI and 10+ years professional narrative (television, film, microdramas) writing experience, with at least 3 years experience running writers’ rooms, giving notes, and supervising other writers. This role is responsible for crafting the writing policies, the guardrails, the LLM-as-judge prompts, and the agentic role prompts (ideator, plotter, characterizer, scenecrafter, dialog writer, etc.) to steer AI driven story generation. Leverage AI to develop new stories, new genres, new experiences – and expand the capabilities of every artist on the team to create more and better than ever. This role is also responsible for creatively supervising overall storytelling for multiple simultaneous series of innovative content developed leveraging an state-of-the-art AI-driven platform.
