職務内容（Responsibilities）
NANDフラッシュメモリのベースダイ（BaseDie）設計
FINESIM、HSPICE、VERILOGなどの業界標準EDAツールを用いた回路シミュレーション
NANDフラッシュにおける
タイミング（Timing）・面積（Area）・消費電力（Power）の解析および最適化
新規NAND製品の開発に向けた、以下領域での設計・実装・最適化支援
メモリ回路
ロジック回路
アナログ回路
レイアウト設計との協業
必須要件（Qualifications）
アナログ回路およびミックスドシグナル回路設計に関する高い専門性
