職務内容（Responsibilities）
NANDフラッシュメモリのベースダイ（BaseDie）設計
FINESIM、HSPICE、VERILOG などの業界標準EDAツールを用い回路シミュレーション
NANDフラッシュにおけるタイミング（Timing）・面積（Area）・消費電力（Power）の解析および最適化
新規NAND製品の開発に向けた、以下領域での設計・実装・最適化支援 (メモリ回路 、ロジック回路 、アナログ回路 、レイアウト設計との協業 ）
