Direct Report: Regional Construction Lead and dotted reporting line to Head of Project Development

Location: Malaysia

Summary

Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale solar power projects (30MW, 40MW, 50MW, and above). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar project construction, grid connection, EPC management, and commissioning, with a proven track record of working with local authorities and power utilities (TNB/SESB).

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Construction Execution

• In conjunction with the Project Developer, lead and oversee the construction of large-scale solar power projects (ground mounted, 30MW, 40MW, 50MW, and above).
• Ensure on time, within budget, and worldclass project execution.
