About the role
We are seeking an Intern , Operations who will oversee the daily operations of various key functions within the organization, including customer service, Video Consult and Medical claims as well manage various stakeholders on operations-related issues
This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Associate General Manager, Malaysia
A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner.
Resolve customers’ technical issues and provide feedback and analysis.
Responsible for monitoring customers’ payment status.
