Job Description
Global Payment Holding Company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through onboarding and maintaining strong relationships. You will advocate for customer needs and work to increase their satisfaction by addressing their issues proactively.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and 1-3 years of customer success experience in a SaaS or Tech environment. Fluency in English and preferably another European language is required.
