Overview

UPP currently has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical) to join our team. This is a permanent, part-time position working 37.5 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Salary circa £38,474.00. Location: Hull. The Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical) will work as a member of a team providing both planned and responsive maintenance services, specialising in electrical and mechanical repairs. Must carry a full clean driving licence. 1 in 3 on-call rota covering out of hours.

Responsibilities

• Planned and Reactive Maintenance: Undertake maintenance within the residences in a safe working environment, assessing all Health and Safety issues before work commences and report any hazards identified to the relevant Manager.
• Reactive Maintenance: Carry out reactive maintenance in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and provide front line response for all electrical work.
