Requirements

• With NC II Certificate
• Must have a solid foundation in various technical areas to perform their job effectively.
• Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
• Ability to repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues; knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance.
