Reporting directly to the Section Manager, the duties of the Multi Skilled Operative will include the day‑to‑day operations of either fixed or mobile plant. The quarry operator will work with an internal team to plan the mixing program, ensuring stocks are maintained and replenished in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with other team members to ensure customers receive high‑quality material and on‑time deliveries.
• Operate mobile plant, including rigid and articulated dump trucks and loading shovel.
• Assist the Supervisor in meeting daily and weekly production targets.
• Ensure plant conforms to safety requirements at all times.
• Execute health, safety, environmental and quality responsibilities.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
