4 week shift rotating pattern as below;
Week 1: (Mon - Fri, 9:30pm - 6:30am)
Week 2: (Mon 11am - 10pm. Tues - Fri 1:30pm - 10pm)
Week 3 & 4: (Mon - Fri, 5:30am - 2:30pm)
