We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Plumbing Operative to support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various sites. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to deliver planned and remedial works on time, while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations. 


Role Responsibilities:

  • You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

  • Include maintaining and repairing hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware and drainage, and small installation works

  • The role also involves supporting wider building services activities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and basic fabric tasks.
