First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Assessor on behalf of one of our clients.


Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.


Duties and Responsibilities for the Multi-Skilled Assessor:

  • Responsible for visiting apprentices in the workplace to assess progress against apprenticeship standards.

  • Covering the Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe areas.

  • Conduct regular on-site assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions.

  • Ensure apprentices are meeting required competencies and learning outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation.

  • Provide guidance and support to apprentices throughout their development.

  • Work closely with employers to monitor progress and performance.
