This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically strong individual with solid electrical and maintenance experience who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of facilities operations across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• General building maintenance, plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, and upkeep
• Electrical fault-finding and maintenance on single-phase systems
• Preventative maintenance inspections and troubleshooting
• Coordinating contractors and service providers when required
• Basic HVAC maintenance and support
• Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring all workspaces are presentation-ready
