Salary: $72,000 – $108,000 | Experience: 5–10 years

HTM is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster – Level 3 to manage complex multi-line claims and deliver exceptional service to our policyholders. This role is perfect for a seasoned adjuster who enjoys problem‑solving, guiding claims from investigation to settlement, and collaborating with a high‑performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and manage auto, liability, and property claims, including large or complex cases
• Assess coverage, set and adjust reserves, and document all activities
• Negotiate settlements and process payments efficiently
• Identify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with experts and service providers
• Support litigation, mediations, and settlement strategies when needed
