**Job Title: Multi-Axis CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Axis CNC Machinist to join a fast-paced job shop environment in Decatur, AL. This role is ideal for a hands-on machinist who can independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment while producing high-quality precision parts. Aerospace experience is a strong plus.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines (3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis).
+ Perform tool changes, offsets, and work offsets.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
+ Make minor program edits at the machine (G-code).
+ Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks.
+ Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programs, and setups.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
