1. Equipment Monitoring & On‑Duty Support

  • Monitor equipment status in real time during on‑duty shifts (, alarms, MA events, process interruptions) to ensure stable production operations.
  • Perform initial abnormality assessment and handling according to SOPs; escalate issues to relevant engineering teams when necessary.
  • Document equipment issues, actions taken, and outcomes, and provide feedback through shift handover or tracking systems.
