Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Maintenance

- Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
- Perform environment monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning
- Handle system updates, patches, and version upgrades
- Manage data backups, refresh activities, and disaster recovery processes.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and services
- Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Understanding of security roles and role-based access control
- Familiarity with integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, APIs, etc.)
