As a Level 1 MS Engineer (English, Mandarin, and Cantonese speaker) at NTT DATA, you will provide managed services to clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure remains operational by proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems. The primary objective is to maintain zero missed service level agreement conditions. This role focuses on first‑line support for standard and low‑complexity incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and chats received from customers and address their needs or route the request accordingly.
• Provide technical support for the operation or maintenance of personal computers, applications, other products, and peripherals using documented procedures and available tools.
