**Job Title: MRO Team Lead**

**Location: Freeport, New York**

**Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000**

**What’s the Job?**

**Leadership & Management** - Lead and manage a team of five skilled technicians involved in landing gear machinery MRO activities. This includes all things involved with managing a team in a manufacturing environment.

**MRO Operations Management** - Oversee the MRO processes for landing gear systems, including inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications. Including coordinating with engineering, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of MRO tasks.
