The Materials and Processes Engineering NDT Group Head will lead a highly technical nondestructive testing (NDT) organization within the Materials & Processes Engineering department. This role is responsible for advancing NDT capabilities, introducing new inspection technologies, developing technician training programs, and providing technical and organizational leadership in support of aircraft development, production, and certification activities.

The ideal candidate combines deep NDT technical expertise, hands on equipment implementation experience, and proven people leadership, with a strong understanding of regulatory and industry standards.
