Our client is a well-respected defendant firm who are currently recruiting for a Defendant Motor Injury Supervisor to join their Manchester office. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week requirement in the office. There may be a level of flexibility for those further afield.

Your new role

Oversee and mentor a team of 10–15 litigators handling motor injury claims.

Provide technical guidance and ensurepliance with best practices and client service standards.

Monitor team performance and support professional development.

Manage a reduced personal caseload of litigated motor injury claims, includingplex and high-value cases.

Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.

Conduct negotiations and attend hearings where required.

Maintain strong relationships with insurer clients and other stakeholders.
