We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, storytelling, and animation. This role goes beyond design. You will play a key role in translating complex B2 B concepts into engaging video content that drives product understanding, marketing impact, and brand recall.
Core Skills and Expertise
Strong foundation in layout, composition, typography, and color theory
Expertise in visual storytelling, narrative construction, and storyboarding
Deep understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation such as timing, easing, anticipation, and arcs
Ability to simplify complex technical and B2 B concepts into clear visual narratives
Strong sense of pacing, transitions, and motion dynamics
Knowledge of image formats, video formats, compression, and optimization for different platforms
Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and camera movement for podcast video shoots and recording
