**Overview**

Senior Processor with exceptional analytical ability to assess conventional, portfolio and government loan requests based on product, underwriting, and investor guidelines. Processes the most complex loans including renovation lending, and SONYMA Remodel NY. Serve as the communication liaison between the customer and M&T’s Mortgage department. Directly assist customers as required in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Reviews loan applications to assess qualification and restructures or recommends solutions.
+ Responsible for clearing conditions on residential mortgage loan products per product and investor guidelines through AUS and/or manual underwriting
+ Maintain effective communication with all necessary parties involved in a new loan application, from the customer, loan officer, realtors, settlement agents, municipalities, and co-workers to ensure a seamless and positive application experience....
