Our Mortgage Loan Officer functions as a Consumer Direct inside sales mortgage originator and advises customers of all their mortgage options. Responsible for guiding our customers through the mortgage process whether purchasing a new home or refinancing their current home. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $300,000+ annually.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Prospect, connect, and build rapport with customers by making outbound calls to company-sourced leads and taking inbound calls from customer inquiries, Customer Service agent transfers, and third party transfers.
