Job Summary:

The Loan Coordinator Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Loan Officers and Loan Coordinators. This role is responsible for ensuring loan files are complete, organized, and processed efficiently from application to closing, while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing loan files from application through closing
• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Collect, organize, and upload borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.)
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, processors, underwriters, and clients
• Follow up with borrowers and third parties for pending requirements
