The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mortgage Fulfillment, you will be crucial in streamlining the mortgage approval process for Canadians. Your core responsibilities include the accurate and efficient review of mortgage documentation to ensure adherence to Neo's guidelines and proactive communication with brokers to secure all outstanding items. This role supports the underwriting team and acts as a safeguard for fraud mitigation.
