An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a growing specialist property finance business in Warrington.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused heavily around bridging and specialist finance enquiries, so previous bridging finance experience is absolutely essential.
You will be working exclusively with warm inbound enquiries no cold calling, no self-generation, and no chasing dead leads. Every client has already expressed interest in funding solutions, allowing you to focus purely on converting and completing business.
This role would suit a broker who thrives in a sales environment and understands the speed, structure, and urgency involved within bridging finance.
