About the Role
ASSIST is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist to help consolidate, streamline, and elevate internal MEL practices, while actively supporting projects at different stages of design and implementation.
This role is intended to bring greater coherence, consistency, and usability to its M&E practices — ensuring they are well‑documented, applied across teams, and aligned with donor and partner expectations.
This is a hands‑on regional role , based in the Philippines, supporting multiple country teams and projects . The role combines system strengthening , project‑level implementation , internal capacity building , and donor engagement .
