The candidate should Monitor, acknowledge alert on Pager Duty, Datadog and Meraki proactively and make customer and onsite team aware of it throughout the shift in a 24x7 environment. It is remote opportunity and the working Infrastructure requirements should be taken care by the employee once selected.
Must be able to communicate in English (US) fluently with Client, ISPs and Vendors for troubleshooting.
