A growing, high-complexity clinical laboratory is seeking a Molecular Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily lab operations and support advanced molecular testing. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with team leadership , supporting cutting-edge diagnostics in genomics and molecular pathology.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

• Perform and oversee molecular testing including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
• Lead assay development, validation, and optimization for somatic and germline testing
• Analyze and interpret complex genomic data (ACMG/AMP guidelines)
• Support testing across single-gene, panel, and whole genome platforms
