We are looking for an experienced Leader, Mold Design & Die Design to drive tooling design and development for new product launches. In this role, you will lead mold and die design activities, manage tool fabrication and qualification, and ensure smooth transition into production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will be part of the DSS engineering team, working closely with cross‑functional partners including Product Design, Process Engineering, Production, Quality, and external suppliers to deliver innovative tooling solutions.
