Key Responsibilities Provide timely, professional nursing care to patients in home and clinic environments with a
strong sense of compassion and empathy Prepare medical equipment and support physicians during consultations and procedures, including: Urinary catheterisation Nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and feeding Wound care and dressing Suctioning and oxygen therapy Phlebotomy and IV cannulation Medication administration Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and accurate documentation Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans and treatment progress Attend to patients' holistic needs with a patient-first approach Establish strong working relationships with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team Support operational and clinical duties as required
