**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with experience in Urgent Care or a related specialty to work on a new Mobile Care Unit, as well as in our existing brick-and-mortar Urgent Care Clinic. The primary goal of this position is to staff the Mobile Unit.

The Mobile Unit will start on a three days/week schedule and will expand as demand grows. This full time opportunity will work 168 ten-hr shifts per year (approximately 3 shifts per week) and may include shifts at the brick-and-motor Urgent Care clinic. The brick and mortar UC clinic is located in beautiful Grass Valley, CA. The mobile unit will be based out of Grass Valley, but will travel throughout surrounding rural areas within **approximately 50-100 miles** of Grass Valley, CA.
