Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of core systems and functional modules, including but not limited to the economy system, progression system, quest system, social system, and other key gameplay systems.
• Develop system structure diagrams, logical flowcharts, and numerical frameworks based on project objectives, ensuring clear system logic, reasonable data structure, and a smooth player experience.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of system design and numerical structures of competing products, and propose innovative and differentiated system solutions.
• Work closely with programmers, artists, client-side developers, QA, and other teams to ensure high-quality implementation of system features.
• Continuously track live game data and player feedback, analyze system balance and key performance indicators, and carry out optimization accordingly.
