Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Traverse City, Michigan (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and inspection of critical building systems within a leading facility environment. Our team values technical excellence, efficiency, and commitment to high-quality building operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems across assigned facilities.
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain all equipment and systems to optimize functionality and minimize downtime, including interiors, exteriors, and related production equipment.
