**Job Description**

The Mobile Maintenance Technician operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance. This role focuses on maximizing equipment life expectancy, minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of buildings to a high standard.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve optimal efficiency and performance.
