The MMP Portfolio Leader will be responsible for executing a major transformation of the $1B Multi-Year Maintenance Programs (MMPs) segment to deliver $250 million incremental growth by 2030 and drive significant efficiencies across the portfolio while working in close partnership with Region ITR teams. This critical global leadership role will report to the Transactional Sales Leader for Global Services and interface regularly with Global Services SLT.

• Leading and growing a team of portfolio excellence managers and regionally aligned MMP Parts & Repairs Sales Managers.
• Engage closely with Region ITR Leadership team to drive portfolio growth.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for Orders revenue and margin.
• Drive contract compliance margin expansion and 100% visibility to backlog & pipeline.
• Ensure robust MMP portfolio health with structured contract reviews & score cards.
